Vintage pair of postmodern style 80s carver dining chairs poss Italian

Amazing pair of chairs, stylish wooden tripod inspired frame with one single large leg at the back which also forms the backrest.

We haven’t been able to find the maker, but they are very similar to Italian and Memphis pieces from the 1980s. Postmodern, playful aesthetic and very comfy.

Price is for both chairs as a pair.

The wooden frames are strong and solid - but there is obvious wear and damage to the white painted surface, on one chair more than the other - check photos for more info. The fabric is ok but is of an age and would benefit from a refresh.

They are fine to use as is, but would make an amazing project.
