Vintage Danish teak mid century modern sofa with green cushions

Amazing sofa, dates to the late 60s or early to mid 70s. Full of charm and beautiful craftsmanship. Love the visible finger joints and sleek arms that also from the legs. We haven’t found the maker, but we believe it originates from Denmark.

It’s great to use as is, lovely and comfy - but would benefit from new fabric at some point.

The structure is strong and stable, foam inside the covers is also good and the coil springs are all strong (a couple have been replaced).

There are however some marks, nicks and signs of wear to the wood, as show in photos. Three of the back struts had broken, so they have been replaced with new, though the colour is slightly different. The fabric on the cushions has been cleaned and checked, they are fine as is, but would benefit from replacing at some point. They show some wear, especially on the sides where they have rubbed together over the years.
