Utility CC41 oak mid century modernist side table with mirrored top

Part of the classic Utility range, made between 1941 and 1951 - this is a beautifully simple side table, that has been fitted with a mirror top. Not original! You can see on the underneath that the old top has gone and a new backing put in. It creates a really nice effect and makes an old piece contemporary and may have saved it from the skip

There is no label confirming its CC41 provenance - but we have seen identical tables with the mark on the underside (which has since been replaced on this one).

The mirror has some very light scratches here and there but overall is great. Frame is well built with no movement and minimal signs of wear or damage.
