Pair of vintage industrial metal stacking dining chairs with bent plywood seats by Shepherd

Classic pair of stacking chairs, they are made by ‘Shepherd’ a maker we don't know much about but the things we have seen have always been high quality - with great little design details.

The metal frame has more curves and movement than the usual, making for a really comfy seat. They stack nicely and are strong.

The ply seats have garnered a bit of damage sadly, the finish is a bit rough where it has degraded -there is a little splitting of the ply in places but only in small bits. The wood is still strong and they are great to sit in, but are not as new sadly.
