Vintage Mid Century G Plan Brandon tallboy wardrobe drawers and vanity mirror in light oak

Beautiful piece from the very early days of G Plan in the mid 1950s - part of the ‘Brandon’ range. Solidly built with a light oak veneer finish.

One the left is a full height hanging space, the bar is designed so you can pull it towards you and access the back. Tie rack is affixed to the back of the door.

On the right is a larger cupboard on the bottom, some drawers and in the top drawer is a beautifully designed pull out and prop up mirror that sits in some grooves and once up you can access a ‘hidden’ space to keep jewellery. Its really smart and works well.

There are some marks and signs of wear shown in the photos. It has a few small chips to the veneer, wear on the handles and some water marks on the top and right hand side. Structurally it is fine and solid, but there are some aesthetic issues to check on the photos.

Its a super handy piece, being that bit smaller than most and a perfect dresser style bit of furniture. So much so, we have one at home!
