Mid century Danish teak carver dining chair with moss green kvadrat upholstery

Wonderful sculptural arms and tapered legs with a subtley curved back - this is such an elegant and classic Danish piece of design.

We have seen this chair attributed to Helge Vestergaard-Jensen for the maker Peder Pedersen - but we are not sure this is correct. Either way it is a stunning piece of design.

It came to us with a damaged seat and back, so we removed everything re-webbed the seat and upholstered it all to modern standards with fabric from the number 1 Danish supplier, Kvadrat.

The frame is solid with no movement or cracks, but there are a few places of discolouration - on the arms and particularly on the front right leg, also some small scratches and signs of use. Check photos for more details.
