Vintage Rowley mirror faux marble green chunky frame brass art deco hollywood regency

Rowley Mirrors are a legendary gallery and maker of frames and mirrors for over a century. This is a fantastic mirror sold through the Design Centre in Haymarket - probably in the 1960s or 70s.

Designed to imitate malachite or marble, the chunky surround is a lovely dense green with a slight warmth to touch so we assume is jesmonite or plastic? Very hard to tell as it has been made very well. Complimented with thin strips of brass to form and outer and inner border.

In great condition, only very slight marks or signs of wear. Mirror looks good with only very minimal foxing in places. A quality piece.
