Vintage Modernist tall turned wood floor lamp with table in style of Charles Dudouyt

Great quirky floor lamp with a small table at mid height to add a drink or a small vase!

The pillar has an intricate repeating geometry of simple design, it sits somewhere between the spirals and a bobbin effect - it looks fantastic. Similar lamps are often attributed to or inspired by Charles Dudouyt because of the bold design and use of wood.

Label on the underneath mentions ‘Searchlight - Italy', so we can only assume it was made in Italy originally!

The turned wood has a great depth and grain to it, its in great condition and the flex and fittings are brand new.
