Larger Nissen Bodum Salt Pepper grinder set stand 80s 90s

Danish Minimalist 70/80s designed by Jørgensen for Nissen.

Classic pair of Danish Salt & Pepper Mills Richard Nissen and later made for Bodum.

These are the slightly larger and I believe later version, with textured metal handles - the salt grinder is also a different mechanism to the most commonly found. Small plastic plug is removed to refill. The grinding mechanism is by Peugeot, whereas the older ones are not.

Plain hand turned beech wood, they are tactile, weighty in the hand and great to use.

They have been checked, emptied and the fixings all work well. The fitting on the bottom is unscrewed, grinder mech removed and then you can fill them back up again.

Base has a little discolouration to the finish, shown in photos - v minor. There is some damage to the handle.

The stand is marked underneath Jørgensen and Bodum.
