Robin Day Forum 2 seater black leather upholstery project sofa by Habitat

An iconic sofa made originally in the mid '60s by Hille, designed by the legend Robin Day. This is one of the very popular reissues made under license by Habitat in the early 2000s.

Light wooden frame with metal legs, unlike a lot of sofas it looks just as good from the back as the front.

This one is a bit of a project piece, the frame and straps are solid and strong - but as the photos show, the upholstery has had plenty of wear. All the foam in the cushions are in good nick, aside from the left seat which is a little thinner than the original. There are obvious scratches, tears and signs of wear in various places to the leather top fabric.
