Pair of Stag mid century 60s vintage bedside cabinets by John & Sylvia Reid

John and Sylvia Reid were two of the best British designers of the 60s and 70s. Creating some wonderful pieces - especially for Stag.

This lovely pair of bedside cabinets use a great mix of woods, the dark walnut contrasting with the lighter.

They do have some signs of wear, hence the cheaper price. On the front of one is an obvious lighter mark where the veneer has been damaged. The same one also has a scratch on top with some light bumps on the veneer where there has probably been some water ingress.

Overall though the cabinets are nice and solid, doors and drawers work well and the pieces look great.
