Danish mid century rocking chair by Thomas Harlev for Farstrup 60s painted white

Beautiful rocking chair by the Danish maker Farstrup, dating to the late 1960s. Still incredibly comfy and it rocks very smoothly. The frame is solid and strong.

At some point in its life it has been given a paint job, the close photos show the white paint - it's not a professional job, but it is pretty good and has held up well.

The coil springs in the base are strong and provide a good level of support. The cushion is of an age and could do with replacement - ok as is but would be great with a new one. One side has a few holes in, whereas the other is fine.
